We have six luxury self catering properties available for guests to rent for full weeks or weekend or midweek short breaks of 3 days or more. We can sleep up to 28 guests throughout all the properties making it ideal for famliy gatherings, wedding parties and groups of golfers.

Baillie Scott is a two bedroomed cottage that sleeps 4 in two ensuite bedrooms. It is named after the architect Mackay Hugh Baillie Scott who designed Sandford back in 1902.

Lady Bluebell
Lady Bluebell is our three bedroomed apartment that sleeps 6 in 3 en-suite bedrooms It is named after Lady Bluebell Walker who lived here along with her family from 1930 - 1960. This apartment accepts pets (one or two small, well-behaved dogs) and has its own private terrace leading on to the garden.

The Giddy Limit
The Giddy Limit is our three bedroomed apartment that sleeps 6 in 3 en-suite bedrooms. 'It's the giddy limit' means the thing that is almost beyond belief! It is on the first floor and has a lovely balcony looking over the garden towards the River Tay.

The Coach House
The Coach House is our brand new detached cottage which is also suitable for wheelchair users. It is very spacious with 3 large ensuite bedrooms, one of which has a large walk in wet room. The entire property has underfloor heating and also has a gorgeous wood burning stove. With its own private courtyard terrace it really is the perfect place to socially distance from the world.
Red Squirrel
Red Squirrel is our lovely one bedroom apartment located on the second floor of the old Arts and Crafts house. It has a lovely open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen and a bedorom with a double antique Arts and Crafts bed. The ensuite showroom has a lovely large shower. It is named Red Squirrel as this is where you are most likely to see our two resident red squirrels on the trees outside the window.
